GUIDELINES

1. The name of the applicant, Date of Birth, father’s name, mother’s name etc. should be spelt
   correctly in the form as it appears in the birth certificate. No corrections will be allowed
   later on.
2. Admission, if obtained by submitting false data/documents, will be cancelled even at a later
   stage.
3. The Management reserves the right to reject any application for admission without giving any
   reason or explanation.
4. In case the admission is not accepted on the date specified, the seat will be offered to the
   next candidate in the waiting list. No claim for admission will be entertained subsequently.
5. The Original Birth Certificate and other documents should be produced for verification on
   demand.
6. All copies of documents submitted at the time of admission will become part of the
   school record and will not be returned .

Documents to be attached along with the registration form:-

1. 2 Passport size photographs of the child.
2. A Copy of the Birth Certificate issued by the Corporation / Municipality/Panchayat.
3. For Single Parents, a self-attested scanned copy of the order of custodianship or any other
   relevant document.
